Robina Sharma

“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all” are powerful words uttered by the great Greek thinker Aristotle. Ms. Sharma wholly agrees with this notion and strives to bring this idea to her teaching practice. We live in the information age, and while educating the mind and acquiring knowledge is a noble pursuit, knowing what to do with all of this knowledge is even more essential. Ms. Sharma hopes to broaden the minds and hearts of her students so that they not only endeavour to make the world a better place, but also themselves. This deep-seeded belief is what lead her to graduate from U of T with a Humanities degree. She continues to cultivate her love for culture, literature and new experiences through reading, travel and other closer-to-home pursuits.
